NACHOS & OLIVES - @pearls_olives jalapeño stuffed speciality olives are the absolute best addition to a classic tomatillo salsa. The salty, spicy olives add a complexity to the salsa cutting through the rich cheesiness of nacho mountain! I love when parternships happen so naturally and organically. I’ve been cooking with @pearls_olives for awhile now, and everytime I find a new use for their sweet, plump and flavorful olives - I get beyond happy to share the recipes with my friends and family. And, because I can never get enough, I always sneak a few California grown black ripe olives onto my nachos as well, for a rich buttery kick 🫒⚡️ 1lb Tomatillo 1 jar @pearls_olives Specialties Jalapeño Stuffed Olives 8 cloves garlic 1 jalapeño 1 onion 1 head cilantro 2 limes Rough chop all of the vegetable and toss with olive oil and salt.
