But, always remember to go back to basics and BREATHE! Practicing Pranayama and breath-work exercises during pregnancy helps reduce anxiety and calms the mind. As the baby grows, the diaphragm also gets pushed upwards so breathing fully becomes even more important! These techniques are a blessing during labour, as it can reduce the intensity of contractions and ease the childbirth process.
