Cheesy potato volcanoes are melty, gooey perfection. 🎥: @tastemadeuk Ingredients: 4 large roasting potatoes 8 slices of thin cut streaky bacon 250g grated Red Leicester/ mozzarella mix 75ml double cream, plus extra for serving if you wish Small handful of chives, finely chopped Salt & freshly ground black pepper Steps: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Rub the skins of the potatoes with a drizzle of olive oil and salt. Place in the oven to cook for about 45 minutes to one hour, turning half way to ensure they are crisping all over. Take the potatoes out when they are crisp, and leave to cool. Using a melon baller or a spoon, carve out the center of each potato, being careful not to make the walls too thin, and to leave a bit of thickness at the bottom as well. Use a ricer to rice half of the potato filling into a medium sized bowl - (you can freeze the other half for making mash at a later stage!) then stir in the cream, add 200g of the cheese and the chives. Stir until well mixed and season to taste. 2. Fill the potato shells with the mixture using a teaspoon, making sure to really pack it down. Repeat with the remaining potato shells then finish with the reserved cheese. Wrap each potato in 2 slices of bacon, holding them in place with cocktail sticks. 3. Place them upright on a tray and place back into the oven. Cook for a further 25 - 30 minutes, or until the bacon is nicely crisped and the top of the volcanoes are golden.

For a spicy game-day combo that'll bring everyone together, serve up a refreshing @estrellajalisco Tropical Chamoy Michelada alongside these flavor-packed mango & habanero party wings. #ad Are you a sweet or spicy wings person? Drop a 🍯 or 🔥 below! Mango & Habanero Chicken Wings Ingredients: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 small onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 cups chopped ripe mango 3 habaneros, roughly chopped (seeds removed if you wish) ½ cup granulated sugar ⅓ cup white vinegar 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice ¼ teaspoon salt 8 x 3-joint chicken wings, drums separated 2 litres vegetable oil, for deep frying 2 limes, halved and charred ½ mango, sliced and charred 3 spring onions, sliced 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped 2 large red chilli, sliced Steps: 1. Heat the oil in saucepan then add the onion and cook for 5 minutes, until softened. 2. Add the garlic and stir for 30 seconds, then add the mango, habanero chilli, sugar, vinegar, lime and salt. 3. Bring to a boil then simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to make sure it doesn’t catch. 4. When the mangoes are completely soft, switch off the heat and let it cool slightly. Puree with a stick blender and transfer to a clean jar or bottle. Store in the fridge for up to 1 month. 5. Heat the oil to 350F in a large saucepan. 6. Cook the wings for 6 minutes, in batches, until crispy and golden brown. Serve the wings 7. Heat a griddle pan until smoking hot. Brush the mango slices and lime halves with vegetable oil, then griddle until nicely charred. Put to one side. 8. Put half of the habanero sauce into a large mixing bowl and tip in the hot wings. Toss to coat the wings, then tip them onto a large serving plate. 9. Garnish with the charred mango and limes, spring onion, red chilli slices and cilantro, then serve.

Watching @karinarc_5 make rose water marshmallows is so satisfying. INGREDIENTS: 115 g sugar 12 g glucose syrup 35 g water 45 g egg whites 8 g silver gelatin sheet 1⁄4 stp rose water extract Pink gel color STEPS: 1. Soak the gelatin in ice water until soft; squeeze out excess water and set aside. 2. In a small pot, cook sugar, water and glucose, when the syrup is 230F, start whipping the egg whites, and once it reaches 240 F pour the syrup slowly into the whites. Continue whipping at high speed until meringue rises. Melt gelatin in the microwave and add it to the whipping meringue. Add rose extract and food color. Keep whipping for 2 more minutes, transfer to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. 3. Pipe your roses over a silicon mat and cover with cornstarch. Let set for 5 hours at room temperature. 4. With the help of an offset spatula, carefully remove the roses from the mat and remove cornstarch excess. Enjoy! #tastemademedoit #rosewater #marshmallows #dessertporn

@fit2frolic teaches us how to make her simple 🍑 & kale summer salad. 🎶: Ankiyan Milaoon X Swalla Mix by Dr. Srimix (@sriharipotter) & @jaimatt INGREDIENTS: 🍑 Peach Vinaigrette Dressing:⁣ -1 Ripe Peach, pitted and roughly chopped⁣ -Juice of 1 Large Lemon (~2 TBSP)⁣ -1 TSP Lemon Zest⁣ -2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil⁣ -1 TBSP Honey⁣ (adjust to your liking depending on how sweet the peaches are) -1/4 TSP Cumin⁣ -1/4 TSP Salt (adjust to taste)⁣ -Few TSPs of water to thin it out if needed⁣ ⁣-Blend the dressing ingredients until it reaches a smooth consistency. It keeps well in the fridge for a week or more.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 🥗 Salad Ingredients (for 2 people):⁣ -1/2 bunch Kale⁣ (cut into smaller pieces and size to your liking, massage w/ olive oil & a little dressing, set aside in the fridge for 15-20mins) -1 to 2 Handful Arugula⁣ -1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved⁣ -2 peaches, cubed or cut to your liking ⁣ -1 can chickpeas, drained (add in chaat masala or seasoning of your choice and optional roast in the air fryer at 390F for 8 to 10 mins or in the oven at 425F for 15-20 mins)⁣ -Crumbled Feta Cheese⁣ -1 TBSP Hemp Seeds⁣ #summersalad #tastemademedoit #easyrecipes #kalesalad ⁣
