INGREDIENTS: 

šŸ‘ Peach Vinaigrette Dressing:ā£
-1 Ripe Peach, pitted and roughly choppedā£
-Juice of 1 Large Lemon (~2 TBSP)ā£
-1 TSP Lemon Zestā£
-2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oilā£
-1 TBSP Honeyā£ (adjust to your liking depending on how sweet the peaches are)
-1/4 TSP Cuminā£
-1/4 TSP Salt (adjust to taste)ā£
-Few TSPs of water to thin it out if neededā£
ā£-Blend the dressing ingredients until it reaches a smooth consistency. It keeps well in the fridge for a week or more.ā£

šŸ„— Salad Ingredients (for 2 people):ā£
-1/2 bunch Kaleā£ (cut into smaller pieces and size to your liking, massage w/ olive oil & a little dressing, set aside in the fridge for 15-20mins)
-1 to 2 Handful Arugulaā£
-1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halvedā£
-2 peaches, cubed or cut to your liking ā£
-1 can chickpeas, drained (add in chaat masala or seasoning of your choice and optional roast in the air fryer at 390F for 8 to 10 mins or in the oven at 425F for 15-20 mins)ā£
-Crumbled Feta Cheeseā£
-1 TBSP Hemp Seedsā£
