class="content__text" Work in progress ⚠️🔨 What you won’t see on my page is before & after results with time stamps or “bragging” how fast my results are because I believe it encourages a quick fix and might affect other womens journeys in a bad way. ❗️Any type of body change SHOULD and will take time and hard work no matter if it’s about recovery, weight loss, building muscles etc. My results so far are made with absolutely 0 stress and eating a balanced diet(which include snacks and sugars weekly) while training hard- and I’ve done this for months now. Its not a quick fix towards a specific goal for me, it’s a lifetime project to take care of my body and be the fittest version of myself. I had no idea how hard it would be mentally to feel like all exercises were unfamiliar after giving birth BUT wow our bodies are so AMAZING ✨ the recovery process and rebuilding strength was so much faster than I thought. class="content__text" Weight loss journey - what I’m doing☑️ 1️⃣First off, I started 4 months after giving birth, I wouldn’t recommend any new moms to focus on weight loss early on. 2️⃣Second: Include - don’t exclude if you’re on a weigh loss journey. Instead of excluding calorie dense foods etc INCLUDE more veggies and fruits. I don’t set restrictions ❌ that doesn’t work for me, I need my snacks. Can you lose weight while eating chips and candy sometimes? Yes absolutely!🙏🏽 is it the best most nutritious to eat ? No but it’s totally okay if you include more nutritious food in your daily diet. We want to arrive for a balanced lifestyle 🥦🥥🥝🍅🍔🍟🍿🍩🌽🍏 All we need in order to lose weight is a slight calorie deficit and the only way for me to know this is to use @lifesum . With Lifesum I can make sure I eat nutritious healthy foods that give my body energy and all that it needs, but also make sure I’m in a calorie deficit. What’s also important is a higher protein intake which is so easy to keep track of in the app. I’ve used it for years and will continue to do so to reach my goals for optimal results in my training. 💪🏽 regarding my training, I’m going to the gym 4-5 times a week and it’s a mix of weightlifting, high reps, circuits and cardio. class="content__text" A love song to my body 🤍 Oh how proud I am over you. For carrying my child. For recovering. For being so strong. I’m not comparing myself to my “old” body. I’m not aiming to “get my body back”. I have evolved like a Pokémon and left my past form behind. I am excited to be creating and building a new version of myself, a strong, healthy and powerful body for me and my daughter. I may be posing a lot and will proudly show my results and hard work on here but just know that the stretch marks and extra skin is nothing I’m hiding. Change was scary to a start I’m not gonna lie, but I’m so proud. I can’t believe I had a baby inside of my belly 5 months ago and now my core is getting stronger and stronger every day. class="content__text" How I’m getting a tight and strong core after pregnancy part 2.💪🏽 And this applies to EVERYONE, not only women who has been pregnant. This can help your form tremendously in the gym and in your core game! Posterior pelvic tilts, are you thinking of that when you train? 🙋🏼‍♀️ Due to arching our backs, a lot of sitting, pregnant etc our hips and posture can tilt, which can cause weakness in muscles like our glutes, pain in our lower back and ofc a weaker core. We don’t want that 🙅🏼‍♀️ I wish someone told me about this posterior pelvic tilt when I started training, it is KEY 🔑 to a strong core. This is honestly game changing, especially for core workouts. And it’s even more important now that I’m rebuilding and tightening my abdominal muscles after pregnancy and making them strong again. Outfit is @womensbest .
