These are some of the changes I made in my training while being heavily pregnant and a couple of months after birth.

We want to be kind to our core that we are trying to heal and bring back together therefor exercises above your head and planks etc can be a little too heavy when our abdominal muscles are separated.
We all have different bodies and experiences so what works for you might not work for others and vice versa. Same goes for what your body is capable of and how fast you’re recovering/ rebuilding strength.
