class="content__text" Don’t waste your money on a set menu at a fancy restaurant for Valentine’s Day when you can whip up this lobster spaghetti in no time with the help of a jar of @muttipomodoroau Gourmet Pasta Sauce Rossoro Tomatoes With Genovese Basil. You only need a few ingredients and you’ll have a romantic meal for 2 in no time! If lobster isn’t within your budget, you can easily swap for some prawns and it will still be a dish to remember. ⁠ ⁠ 1/2 cooked lobster in shell⁠ 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil⁠ Salt and pepper⁠ 200g spaghetti⁠ 200g MUTTI Gourmet Pasta Sauce Rossoro Tomatoes With Genovese Basil⁠ 125ml cup white wine⁠ Basil leaves, to serve⁠ Parmesan, grated to serve⁠ ⁠ Preheat the grill to high.⁠ ⁠ Lightly coat the meaty side of the lobster with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place under the grill, meaty side up and do not flip over. Grill until thoroughly heated through, remove and set aside. ⁠ ⁠ Meanwhile, place the spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water and cook to 1 minute under the packet instructions. Drain and reserve some of the pasta water. ⁠ ⁠ Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add the MUTTI sauce and white wine until heated through. Using tongs, add the pasta and a little pasta water and cook until pasta is cooked. ⁠ ⁠ Serve the pasta with the lobster, basil leaves and grated parmesan. ⁠ ⁠ #sponsored #ad

This is exactly what we will be doing on our upcoming foodie trip to Bhutan in July. ⁠ ⁠ We will see some of the usual suspects when it comes to fruit and vegetables, but also a whole range of new weird and wonderful things our local chef and guides will be able to explain. class="content__text" Some of my favourite dishes in Bhutan that we will be trying on the Bhutan for Foodie tour in July. ⁠ ⁠ 🥟 Momos - lots of different varieties, they are a Himalayan style dumplings filled with either cheese and onion, minced buffalo meat, maybe potato, sometimes chicken wrapped in pastry then steamed. I love them!⁠ ⁠ 🌶️ Chilli Chop – a large whole chilli battered and deep fried. They are not as spicy as they sound. Be warned, you'll want more than one! ⁠ ⁠ 🍛 Chicken Curry - a delicious fresh chicken curry (not creamy like other curries you might think of). Ginger, onion and coriander stems elevate the curry base, and we think this is the best curry in the Himalayas. ⁠ ⁠ I'm looking forward to sharing these dishes with our fellow travellers in July. class="content__text" How good are strawberries at the moment!? 😍🍓⁠ Recipe I recently created for @vicstrawberries⁠ ⁠ 🍓 Strawberries with Burrata⁠ ⁠ x2 250g punnet strawberries⁠ 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar⁠ 1 tbsp maple syrup⁠ freshly ground black pepper⁠ sea salt flakes⁠ 2 x 100g burrata balls⁠ baby basil leaves, picked⁠ baguette slices, chargrilled, for serving⁠ extra virgin olive oil, for serving⁠ ⁠ Hull and quarter the strawberries, and place into a large bowl. Mix through the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and black pepper. ⁠ ⁠ Place the burrata balls on a large platter, and spoon the strawberry mixture onto the platter. Drizzle over any extra juices, top with sea salt flakes, baby basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil. ⁠
