125ml cup white wine⁠
Basil leaves, to serve⁠
Parmesan, grated to serve⁠

Preheat the grill to high.⁠
⁠
Lightly coat the meaty side of the lobster with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place under the grill, meaty side up and do not flip over. Grill until thoroughly heated through, remove and set aside. ⁠

Meanwhile, place the spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water and cook to 1 minute under the packet instructions. Drain and reserve some of the pasta water. ⁠

Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add the MUTTI sauce and white wine until heated through. Using tongs, add the pasta and a little pasta water and cook until pasta is cooked. ⁠
