Lunar New Year is typically celebrated in parts of Asia - notably China, South Korea and Vietnam - where celebrations last for 15 days. But it is also celebrated by communities around the globe such as in Europe and the US. In Chinese tradition, each year is represented by one of 12 different animals, which feature in the Chinese zodiac. The dragon is the only mythical creature among these animals. How far would you travel for food?    A TikTok food critic travelled 4,000 miles from Nashville, Tennessee, to rate a UK delicacy. Kalani Smith travelled to Teeside for its famous parmo - a fried breadcrumbed piece of pork or chicken, slathered with ‘bech’ (béchamel sauce) and cheese. The verdict? 10/10, Kalani said. Get ready to ‘bake it off…’ 🎤🍰 This baker from the UK has created a sculpture of Taylor Swift out of cake ahead of the Super Bowl on Sunday. It took Lara Mason 38 hours over a week, and about 130kg (287lbs) of ingredients to create the sculpture of the artist. "She's amazing, she's a brilliant role model for young girls," Mrs Mason said about the singer. The cake version of Taylor Swift is wearing a Kansas City Chiefs sweater and holding a Super Bowl trophy - in support of her boyfriend, Chiefs player Travis Kelce. The Swift cake was originally planned to go alongside a Kelce cake, but the baker ran out of time, so she was left standing next to a blank space. It turns out that clownfish count each other's stripes to spot their friends - and to chase away their rivals too. Researchers in Japan have found that the fish recognise their friends or enemies by counting the number of white stripes on their bodies. Clownfish were happy to share their home with fish that had a different number of stripes to themselves - but clownfish with the same number of stripes got chased away. It is official. 🇫🇷 This model of the Eiffel Tower has been crowned the world’s tallest matchstick building by Guinness World Records (GWR). The 7.19m (23ft) tower had initially been disqualified from the record by the organisation. They later said it was “a little bit too harsh”. Richard Plaud spent eight years building the model from 706,900 matches and 23kg of glue. The 47-year-old said that this week had been an "emotional rollercoaster".
