Earlier this year, Harding revealed doctors had told her she would not see another Christmas. In a post next to a black and white image, Marie wrote: "It's with deep heartbreak that today I'm sharing the news that my beautiful daughter Sarah has sadly passed away. The traditional sari is being re-interpreted by a new generation For their parents generation a sari wearing woman is more modest, delicate and respectful but in recent years, designers, artists and influencers have been challenging the traditional feminine ideals attached to the garment. With innovative styles introduced by young South Asian women, the sari is making a comeback as everyday clothing. Designers and stylists are moving away from conventional sari draping; they wrap it around jeans instead of the petticoat, and wear it over a t-shirt instead of the tailored blouse. More countries are now offering teenagers coronavirus vaccines – but not all parents are allowing their children to get immunised. The US support group Teens for Vaccines - which is run by teenagers for teenagers - says young people around the world are being left out of discussions that affect their own health. Meanwhile in the UK, vaccine experts recommended on Friday not to give the jab to all 12-15 year olds, although the chief medical officers may take a different approach. #Covid #Coronavirus #Health #BBCNews

Temperatures across Europe in 2020 were more than 1.9c above the average, and were the highest since records began in 1900. The State of the Climate 2020 report from the American Meteorological Society says the scale of the record-breaking heat in Europe is troubling, and the temperatures in the Arctic are also rising rapidly. Profesoor Gabi Hegerl, of climate system science at the University of Edinburgh, who was not involved with the study, says the findings should “worry us all” and that scientists cannot stress “how unusual this warmth is." Jacob Anthony Chansley - the QAnon Shaman - was one of thousands of Trump supporters who took part in the Capitol Hill riot. Nearly 600 people have been charged in the federal investigation of the riot, which was an attempt to prevent the US Congress from certifying Joe Biden as president, beating Donald Trump. Chansley became the de facto face of the siege, pictured amid the chaos in horns and a bearskin headdress, with the American flag painted on his face. He called himself the "QAnon Shaman". QAnon is a wide-ranging conspiracy theory whose followers believe former President Donald Trump was waging a secret war against elite Satan-worshipping paedophiles in government, business and the media.
