class="content__text" An issue which could be holding you back from doing box jumps or if you struggle to do them is standing too close to the box, create some space between you and the box, so you can hit peak height and float. Standing too close its all vertical and there's no room to really get a tuck and chances of clipping the box will be higher which then makes it even more scary or cause doubt. Being close may feel less scary or a sense of security but it's making it that much harder. As shown I stand really close to the 40" box and can't get on once I make space it's an easy jump. Didn't plan on jumping today but ended up getting some in before I started my conditioning.

class="content__text" Box jumps! Sometimes jumping a lower box is more beneficial than a higher box, don't get too fixated on the height of the box the most important thing is hip displacement. As shown in the first video my hip displacement on the 20" box was alot higher than the 30" which is alot more beneficial for improving power. Just as the second video which was a 44" and 40" there was no difference in hip displacement so what is the need to go 44"? When I get the same from a 40" box. With that being said I do prescribe high box jumps in my training once in a while and the reason for this is to train intent and that's it! But most of my training is done on a 30" and 40" box until I can land with really high hips on a 40" only then I'll move on to 44" consistently. So don't be too concerned about box height, it means nothing if your hip displacement is not high.

class="content__text" Trust the process. Heres an example, the first video was last week where I got up to 305cm second video was today where I maxed out at 302cm. Remember not every session is going to be the best or perfect. Progress is not linear there's going to be good days and bad days, but you just need to trust the process. Yes in the moment it felt like crap that I didn't even get to 305cm but that's how it is there's ups and downs and I know my training will get me to my goal. Don't stress out on bad days it happens , just as we have good days it's part of the journey and enjoy it. On another note: My technique needs fixing though it's not where it should be.

class="content__text" Going to Keep it 💯 I had the opportunity from @gwmbrunei to test and drive the GWM Poer Ruman (super luxury) for 1 week, this is my honest opinion and review. I really liked how the exterior looked when I first saw it but what really surprised me was the interior, it looked amazing! It was spacious and the features that it offers too I'd say are close to what you get from a luxury car. The amount of safety features it has from 360 camera, Lane detection, indicators when a car is pulling up on your side, auto hold the list goes on it has alot! Another point I want to make is that the parts of the interior which are plastic are in the right places! This is something I notice some cars don't really think about and tend to get ruined quite easily, so the thought process on the interior I think was spot on. The drive felt good, it was smooth and in sports mode the acceleration was pretty good for the size of the car. You can really feel the weight of the car when you drive it but for me I like that. With that being said, there were cons too. These are subjective and personal preference, I found the suspension to be very stiff so if I drove over a hump or bumps you'd really feel it. Whenever I slowed down the music I was playing would automatically lower in volume, that could be a good thing but I just found it annoying sometimes, of course this can be turned off too. But other than that I didn't find that many cons to the car. Another feature I want to point out is the remote start! I used that thing every time to start the car! Lastly gor the price you get an amazing car! It's affordable and you get more than what you pay for. Check them out @gwmbrunei

class="content__text" Single leg power work, worked to 14kg (each side) single leg kneeling box jumps. Been adding these into my training program. Shout out to @storipabbi no idea how he does 70lbs each side onto a 24" box 🤯 flying!
