Once our meat is harvested from our cultivators, Steve and his team take that raw ingredient and use in recipes to create a final dish that’s ready to eat - whether that’s a breakfast sausage, or a potsticker, or a chicken patty. Given his past past jobs as a cook, butcher, meat scientist, food consultant, and meat product developer, one could pretty easily argue that Steve has prepared his entire professional life for his current role at UPSIDE.
