Here is what you need�Wet mixture- 🤎½ cup butter melted (112 grams) 🤎¾ cup brown sugar (I have used soft brown sugar here) 🤎2 eggs 🤎1 tsp Vanilla Dry mixture- 🤎¾ cup unbleached all purpose flour ( 93 grams) 🤎½ cup Dutch process Cocoa 🤎½ tsp baking soda 🤎½ tsp salt 🤎½ cup dark chocolate chips Instant Pot settings- 🤎Pressure cook-high pressure- 45 mins 🤎Quick release pressure after 15 mins Natural Pressure Release #tomatobluestips for infallible brownies- 🍫 Always weigh your ingredients using a weighing scale for best results. 🍫 Use only a 6” pan to bake this brownie and make sure to grease the pan well. 🍫 Butter should be at room temperature, melted and easy to whisk. Using hot butter will lead to setting the eggs. We want brownies, guys. Not scrambled eggs. 🍫The wet mixture should be light. You should mix only just until you do not meet any resistance from those eggs and butter. 🍫Fill the pan only till it’s ¾ th full.
