GOOD MORNING, Mrs Dung Beetle! You got this! ❤️💙💚 We watched this dung beetle for hours work so hard to find a good location for her baby to be born. Then she dug a hole and buried the dung ball deep enough to hide from predators. When the baby is born, it will eat the ball of dung and then climb out of the ground! Nature is AMAZING! Just in case somebody out there needs to hear this.. SURVIVE THE DARK TIMES FOR SOON THE SUN WILL RISE 🌅 Sometimes life can be rough and it seems there is no hopeful end in sight. Last night was a minor example of this, camping in our tent. ⛺️ It was very windy and I could hear and smell hyenas all around us. 😱 I was scared and awake and stressed alllll the night long. 😰 But, eventually the sun did rise and I was able to cuddle and kiss on all my 3 babies. I felt like our kids costumes this year were so scrappy BUT THE KIDS LOVED THEM! As you can tell from Manilla and Cali, they wore their costumes for 3 days straight. Looking like filthy street pups! But perhaps the best was Dorothy TRYING to look evil all night! 😇😈😅
