The challenging process has reinforced our commitment to making a positive impact on our teams, our clients and our world. B Corp is one of the most rigorous and demanding certifications requiring us to set and obtain a high standard of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. One that we are continually working to improve on. Becoming a B Corp took over a year of company wide investment in collating and evaluating our environmental and social standards and developing new best practices. From measuring employee empowerment and impact, to community engagement, B Corp’s detailed questioning process required us to perform a deep dive into every aspect of our operation.
