class="content__text" I had the pleasure of a (VERY THOROUGH) consultation on myself, my body, my eating habits, my mindset towards food with the lovely Dr Shchukina @doc.luda from @nairobibariatric and I know that 2023 is going to be the start of something completely new for me!! 🥳🎊 @nairobibariatric does EVERYTHING! From cleanses, all the way to gastric bypasses and everything in between! What impressed me the most is that they have a series of psychotherapy sessions, to help you understand and break down your relationship with food, the origin of that, how it hinders your success with weightloss and how to break some patterns that may not be working for you. I start learning all about that on Saturday! And I'm so happy to be working with them to unlearn some of my unhealthy habits! To 2023 being DELIBERATELY my healthiest year yet!
