class="content__text" Bit of back day action with @nikfit_50 this morning at @musclecitybentleigheast - Was a nice start to the session until i got told some dipshit hit my car in the carpark while we were training 🙄 Luckily it blew out his back tire hitting my bullbar so he couldn’t take off. Damaged my quarter panel only and a pretty easy fix, lucky i was in a good mood or there would have been a body left in the carpark and it wasn’t going to be mine 👊🏼

Straight off the Plane from Brisbane after winning the @inba_australia Titles and getting my Physique Pro Card. - All my focus for the next 12 weeks is on @inbapnba.nz_official Pro / Am Pacific Rim Titles. - This will be a huge show for me for many reasons, i get to meet the sister i never knew i had from my father i never met 😱 It also falls right on my Birthday and its my first time going to NZ - So from today on i will be training harder than ever to be my best on show day. - @musclecitybentleigheast will be home for the next 3 months and everything will be fuelled by @musashinutrition
