First I tried dancing, now I tried competing in one of the toughest obstacle course races in only 30 days. While this IS a critical component, I think there’s something more to the stories. Met a dude named Eliud, he seems fast 🤷‍♂️! Always remembering the victims, survivors and heroes from the attack 10 years ago.🙏 So thankful to everyone who continues to make this event a safe and transformative experience. class="content__text" Race weekend! I spent the week testing out new shoes from @vjshoesusa . The Ultras are going to be my distance workhorse, Xtrm2 for shorter gnarly terrain, Maxx for longer gnarly terrain, and Sparks for short, fast, spicy races🔥. I flew into LAX last night and drove to Big Bear Lake, CA for the next race in the North American Elite Series for @spartanrace . It’s always a major test coming to these high elevation mountain races from 700’ elevation in Ohio, but I know I have the right gear for the job! First, I have to choose which pair 🤷‍♂️. #bestgripontheplanet #spartan #ocr #boomerangninja

class="content__text" (Late post… as always) Unbelievable time in Boston for the 126th @bostonmarathon . I finished in 2 hours 32 minutes 🤯 hitting my stretch goal for this race (5:48/mile). Super thankful to my Cleveland training crew @2ndsole and coach @jacobott14 . Running can be a solitary sport but the right crew makes all the difference. I can’t help but reflect on all of the 6AM, -4 degree F, windy, dark, painful winter runs when I would ask myself, “Why am I out here?” That finish line feeling is the answer! Been busy with a few other adventures the past few weeks (L.A., San Antonio, Charlotte, Seattle, Boston, Lexington…) stay tuned for more updates!

class="content__text" RACE RESULTS AND UPDATES Logan (@logan.broadbent ) raced the @bostonmarathon on Monday. Our guy came through the finish in 2:32:55 (5:50 min/mi avg 🤯) which was almost a 7 minute improvement from his time back in October! Logan proved he’s got the wheels to keep pace with pretty much anyone in OCR. Look for him to show it off in the upcoming season races and more. class="content__text" My last @spartanrace was the @spartan World Championship in Abu Dhabi, UAE 🇦🇪 back in December. I wrapped up an incredible OCR season ranked 4th in North America for Spartan and finished 3rd at the OCR World Championship (along with a US Team world championship title). I’ve spent the off-season disconnecting to recover, repair my body/mind, then working relentlessly to prepare for the 2022 season. The first BIG race is this weekend in San Luis Obispo, California. I came out swinging this time last year... Let’s dance!🕺🏻 (BTW, you may see some changes to my footwear this year. Announcement coming soon...
