NAKED MASTERS and show one of the most eminent painters of our times in conversation with the Old Masters. Experience the naked truth from unexpected angles and a show, that casts a light on this elementary human condition. 🌜🌛With this exhibition Baselitz enters into a visual dialogue with Cranach, Altdorfer, Baldung Grien, Parmigianino, Correggio, Titian, and Rubens and more. He selected the works himself, focusing on formal and visual criteria. Since his early works, Baselitz has shown a pronounced awareness of art history in his works, being particularly impressed by Mannerism and its breach of rules.
