Eggplant pizza style. 🌱✨ Ingredients - eggplants - Chilli flakes, salt, black pepper - Tomato frito or passata 🍅 - Tapenade fromagi - Parmasan - Optional ; garlic, basil, olive oil, pinenuts. 🧄 🌿 🫒 Instructions ; - cut your eggplant (like you see in the video) - Sprinkle some salt. Leave for 10 minutes. Dry it with paper towels. - Add some tomato frito or passata. (You can add chopped garlic, olive oil and basil if you like) - Add the chilli flakes & black pepper. - Bake for 30-35 minutes on 190 degrees celcius. - Add tapenade fromagi and parmasan - Bake another 10 minutes. - Enjoy ✨ #dinner #dinnerinspo #eggplant #nomeat
