Before I got pregnant I had a lot of people telling me how I won’t be able to dance anymore once I’m pregnant. Then I got pregnant and I was still dancing. When I was pregnant I had a lot of people telling me that once I have a belly I won’t be able to dance anymore. Then I had a belly and I was dancing until the very last day of pregnancy every day. Before I gave birth I had people telling me how I won’t be dancing anymore once the baby is here. So then I had the baby, and I’m still dancing every day. All that to say is, we are really quick with unconscious judgement and we are really quick putting our own experiences on someone else. But just because we had a certain experience bad or good, outstanding or traumatic, it doesn’t mean the person next to us will have the same experience and it is selfish of us to assume so, and it is selfish of us to put our own scarcity on others no matter what it is. We rarely take life the way it is, we more so take life off of our own experience but our experience is not our neighbors experience. And if we have a traumatic experience, the chances are, we unconsciously want others to suffer too • • So here is a 10 minute video of me dancing on the rainy days in LA through my motherhood, which is the best thing to ever happened to me yet 💦💃🏼 @slimboogie777 ❤️ got me the funky hat for Christmas so I had to put the funk on. How we get ready in the rising with organic @boba wrap. Honestly I wish baby wearing was that one thing I learnt before Maya arrived. I’ve made so many mistakes in the beginning and I wish people have corrected me, but we live in an era where people are too sensitive to receive corrections which is a shame. Baby wearing has so many benefits when it is done correctly plus she gets to do everything with me 🤩👶🏼❤️ Oh yeah this wrap is also organic ! And you already know matcha 🍵 @matchakari is also the essential in the rising ! Assisted by my husband @slimboogie777 😄

Maya loves her @boba My sister passed down so much knowledge onto me about baby wearing (still learning 🥰😁) and I pass down onto her health & food knowledge. We compliment each other really well. Now I can wear Maya babies and dance, practice, work out, cook, clean and do adventures together with my husband too @slimboogie777❤️ He himself loves baby wearing as well. We are excited to be officially @boba partners.

Are you drinking tap water ? Are you cooking with tap water ? 💦 my distilled SteamPure water machine cleans the tap water of all the dirt but also minerals (I add the minerals back in afterwards 👉🏻 check out my saved IG stories on my profile to learn more) and this is how much build up dirt is in the machine after 3 months of use 🤢🤮 I would love to actually put this into lab for testing !

Things I learnt lately • • the definition of sleep is something very different to me now • • letting go of expectations • • letting go of control • • there’s never enough food on my plate • • movement and dance is crucial for mental health in any life situation • • my body will never be the same • • I, as a person, will never be the way I was before • • we are all children until we have children and we will only understand this when we have children • • definition of love got a whole new meaning • • things that were important before aren’t important at all now • • life is truly beautiful • • we take our time for granted before we have children • 📸 @slimboogie777 ❤️❤️❤️
