class="content__text" Quincy Hall!!!! 🤩🤩🤩 I felt so excited meeting @8bg.kennels_cue at the airport on my way back to lowa from Atlanta. His first appearance at the World Champs was this past month and he scooped two medals!!! Gold in the 4×400m and Bronze in the 400m (44.37s). His strength/speed in the last 100m is one I really want to emulate. Hearing his story today and journey to success is also very encouraging. I look forward to meeting you again big dawg and hopefully share some medal podiums moment with you in the future🙏🏽💯

NJCAA Outdoor Championships NCAA Outdoor Championships New York Grand Prix Ed Murphy Classic I’m grateful for how far I have come and I can only pray to go higher in this media business which I have been doing for 7 years via my blog @theathleticheat Seeing all these world stars that I only get to see on TV is sureal!!!! 🥹🥹 I was also excited meeting @raestake for the first time after Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far, @murpheyclassic@americantrackleague in my resumè now😎 All my contents from the meet will be uploaded on my blog page @theathleticheat from tonight. class="content__text" To this great man, Coach Uruemu Adu keep resting. Today you would have been a year older but you’re no more with us. The journey of my athletics career wouldn’t have started if not for you. With you I went from not making my house 100m team in 2013 at inter-house sports to becoming fastest in the school in 2014 and by 2015 you made me become Lagos State School Champion in the 100 & 200m. I went on to win medals at National Level and got a sponsorship deal. Through this success I was interviewed on BBC. The night before you passed on, we talked extensively on how you wanted me to move to America because nothing dey naija, today I’m here living the American dream. You never held us back, you wanted to train us to a certain level and send us abroad for finishing touch. Love you always Fada❤️

class="content__text" This is a very disheartening moment for our World Record holder, Tobi Amusan ihurdle_33.0inches and Nigeria at large. I remember at this very meet, Drake Relays and right after we took this picture, she said, “Ah, I am trying to update my whereabout that I will be in Atlanta for the Atlanta City Games but this network is a mess” I told her, “Omo to be a pro athlete isn’t easy”, she said “yes oo, that’s what we constantly have to do” she eventually changed the whereabouts as she left the track. So seeing this issue about missing Three tests is like 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ because I know she is always making sure she follows the rules. She has worked so hard for all she has achieved and she didn’t come out from no where, she has always had that near-success syndrome, finishing 4th at major championships, till now that things are working well for her. I do pray she fights this case and win it just like Gabby Thomas did in 2020🙏🏽🙇🏽 God blessings always my champ
