It's all about perspective. @RachelCruze says, "A budget doesn't restrict your freedom, it GIVES you freedom." Think of it as a written plan for what you CAN buy. Not a reason why you can't buy things. #debtfreecommunity

Way to go!! I love it. #repost @joeschillero It’s official 🙏🏼 . For years I thought I’d never be able to say I’m 100% debt free. I had over $13k in credit cards, over $45k in student loans, my car lease, some medical bills, and was spinning my wheels making minimum payments and accruing more interest every month. The weight of debt was brutal. . God blessed me with some great opportunities the past few years - It wasn’t easy, but I was able to travel to do concrete leveling on the weekends for extra money, moved into a house with roommates, downgraded to a basic used car, and took a big career step. I’m thankful for how God has humbled me and continues to teach me dependence on him through this whole thing; and I’m looking forward to continue knocking down these financial ‘baby steps’ one at a time. Especially with all the current craziness in the world, being free of debt is a great feeling. . In the words of the great Randy Moss, from now on it’s “Straight cash homie.” 💵 . #debtfree @daveramsey @bgs.photos #debtfreecommunity #debtfreescream

Having a high credit score is NOT the way to win financially. Debt is dumb, cash is king. You can live a great life without playing the credit score game. #debtfreecommunity

WELL DONE you guys!! 👏 #repost @chelseatlung The news we have been waiting to share since this journey began two and a half years ago….WE ARE DEBT FREE!!!! NO MORE CAR PAYMENTS!!! NO MORE STUDENT LOANS!!! We don’t owe anyone anything!!!! We are FREEEE!!!! . We started this journey by paying off our cars first, then tackling my 97K of student loans from two degrees. It’s been so freeing driving around in paid for cars these last two years, but now, I can say that I do NOT work for my degrees. Instead, my degrees work for me!!! It feels so good to own my education and my career now. . This was the best decision we could have made for us. It wasn’t easy. It was sacrificing time with friends, family, vacations, and buying things we really wanted. At times, it felt like we would always live in the “No Zone.” But now, we have the freedom to say, “Yes!” The overtime, the side hustles, the budgeting, the stress, the fears, the tears, it was all worth it. Hard work, discipline, and consistency pay off. . We want to thank all of our friends and family who have cheered us on and supported us every step of the way. We couldn’t have done this without any of you. You were there during the highs and lows of this journey. We love you all so much! . There is a reason getting out of debt is Biblical, and this was very much a spiritual journey for us. The Lord is passionate about His children being good financial stewards. His Word is filled with so much wisdom and knowledge on how to manage finances that we all need to live by in our own lives and in our businesses. We are so excited that now we will be able to invest more, and live and give like no one else (all Biblical principles, thanks Dave Ramsey). . If you feel overwhelmed by your debt like we did, please reach out to me. All it takes is to start. I will gladly cheer you on every step of your journey. Please, just start. Starting is the hardest part! We love you all and hope you all have been encouraged by this journey. Thank you for walking with us through these last two years. . Now, get out there and accomplish your goals!! 💪🏽 #debtfreecommunity #debtfreescream
