class="content__text" Received my 'Honorable Mention' Award Certificate today from the New York Tri-State International Film Festival. Although this multi-award-winning feature screenplay 'The Olive Branch' is on the back burner a bit, it still feels great to get the acknowledgment it deserves. Humbled and honored to graciously receive it. This marathon of a journey is surely trying to say the least. However, I'd take it any day over a fizzled sprint. class="content__text" *** Update to yesterday's post *** 'THE SHOEMAKER' wins Best Television Script at Stanley Film Awards in London! Thank you God and Stanley Film Awards for this honor. Since I made the decision of creating/writing the entire 6 episode TV Miniseries, I decided to give it a whirl at the festival circuit. Here goes the 1st Award win! As of now, I do not plan on submitting further since it will be in production in the near future. I'd like to keep it under wraps for the world to see when it's completed and out! Last but not least, thank you all for your continued support & love on this journey of mine. class="content__text" Was notified this morning that my latest upcoming 6-episode one-hour action/crime/drama TV Miniseries "The Shoemaker" is an OFFICIAL SELECTION at #stanleyfilmawards in London! In June 2022, my multi-award-winning feature script "The Olive Branch" won in 'Best Feature Script' as well. Will history repeat itself at this amazing festival? We'll find out in the next week or so. Regardless, I am truly humbled and excited about this as I am currently birthing the whole season and plan to bring it to life in 2023.
