If you lose yourself in love then you're being invited to reclaim yourself. If you lose yourself when a relationship ends, you're invited to collect the parts of you you've given away for another to take.⁠ ⁠ This doesn't mean relationships won't be painful, or that a breakup won't be devastating, it's that even when we face these experiences, there is a deeper sense of knowing that we allllllways have ourselves.
