I was sooo excited to be a guest at the @adidas X @lesmills event in LA last month! I still can’t believe the one day I had off was the day my friends from Germany would be in town! Synchronicity at its finest. 🥹🫶🏽 I wore my limited edition -NFT drop- neon track suit, and actually got to meet the team from Portland that designed the collection! So epic. (If you see this, send me that pic haha!) Such a full circle moment to take the new Les Mills modality that was launched at the event. I used to be a Les Mills instructor, and 10 years ago me would never believe it would all come back around like this! Life is so cute for that. ✨ Also, out of hundreds of people I ended up on a mat right next to one of my long time students from SLC(@msfitchirin ). Alignment. class="content__text" ⁣2020 started off with this gorgeous soul, on a mission to bring awareness, light, and clearer vision to thousands upon thousands of people, in packed arenas all over the U.S. ⠀ ⠀ We finished our tour literally days before the entire world shut down. Days. As in 3 days. I think daily about how grateful I am to have started THIS year like THAT. Fully equipped with the tools I needed to process all that’s happening. Empowered with wisdom from some of the greatest minds of our time. Surrounded by a community of like minded individuals that I can lean on for support and seek guidance from when I need it. I’m so grateful for this experience that POURED so much into me. I don’t take one second of it for granted, and am honored to share that overflow with my community! Thank you @oprah for opening the floodgates of true wisdom, healing and light into my world! Thank you endlessly @juleshough for reaching down into my dark places to guide me back home.
