Coming from a smaller city like Antwerp, Paris reminds me of NYC in many ways—the energy, busy streets and traffic, endless restaurants and bars, the grittiness, diversity (just to name some). I know everyone is running off to Italy and Greece this summer, but don’t sleep on this incredible hidden gem and its beautiful coastlines. Mallorca is one of Spain’s Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean and with its stunning clear blue waters, I couldn’t think of a better beach holiday 🌊☀️

class="content__text" What happens when your car breaks down in the middle of the highway on the way to Spain? You stay for three nights in this beautiful tranquil town of Vieille-Brioude in the Auvergne region of France. The drive itself through the mountains on the way was already breathtaking (that plus 98 degree weather was probably what caused the car to break down 😵‍💫). We stayed at Les Glycines Hotel and gladly ate everyday at its restaurant @leshydropathes . The food was 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼, all ingredients made locally and of high quality. The owners were so unbelievably kind and hospitable. It’ll be an experience I’ll always remember 🥰

Watching my beautiful baby boy discover the world and grow into his own person brings me to tears and joy I’ve never experienced before. class="content__text" It’s been almost a month since moving to Belgium and I already can’t believe how quickly time is flying. Had a beautiful long weekend in Reims, France (see last Reel ✨) and realizing that one of the many perks of living in Europe is how easy it is to get to my bucket list cities. As the apartment is slowly but surely coming together, I’m so looking forward to bringing you guys along to all the adventures I’ve got planned for this summer. Look out for plentyyy of home content sprinkled with a bit of travel!
