Rescuers saved a dog trapped on the roof of a car that was submerged by deep floodwater in central China. A video went viral online, showing Lu Ning, the rescuer from Jianggsu Province, approaching the dog stranded on top of the vehicle by boat and then jumping into the floodwater to place it onto a paddleboard. The dog was rescued and taken home by its appreciative owner, who reportedly left the dog on the top of a car temporarily during evacuation. #cgtn #rescue #china #loveanimal #dog
