You know here’s the thing. Anxiety. It’s a thing. As best friends we manage it together. Often with humour. We know how to ground the other. We know when it’s coming on. We know that it comes and goes. We know for many it’s not funny, but it’s real. And often this is how we get through most of life, humour. So yes meds are taken daily (no shame) anxiety still hits. We get through it together often knowing when it coming but sometimes not. ❤️❤️❤️ no shame in the game of life. Just a series of emotions and trying to find the smile in life
