class="content__text" Looked around the bonfire last night after three full days of cooking surf I couldn’t help but feel like these might be the good old days. I get caught up in my head about when’s the “next trip” and making sure I take advantage of this life by seeing as many places in this world I can, but I really enjoy when a swell like this comes along and reminds me to slow down and enjoy life in this beautiful place we are lucky to call home. Groms, moms, dogs, everyone came out to surf and enjoy the gorgeous weather the last few days. Our cup is running over here on the Outer Banks this week. The two black and white photos are of me surfing at the end of my street the other day. @breakfast1 shot these on film and had them developed and scanned himself by that night. Thank you legend, will definitely cherish these for years! 🖤

class="content__text" Days like today are the ones that make me grateful. I didn’t even surf, Just spent the day on the beach catching up with friends, taking photos and occasionally warming up by the fire. This photo makes it looks pretty tame but it was expert mode only out there this afternoon. A few guys made some really good barrels and everyone else just went over the falls.

class="content__text" Ten frames from a memorable day at the Lighthouse. This place is always special when it’s on and this day was no different. It seemed like the whole town was on the beach watching the local boys and the @volcomsurf crew get spit out of tubes, one after another. The visiting pros were getting some great waves but the local boy @josephearlcrum stole the show and must of had at least five of the best ten barrels ridden that day. I’ve been fortunate enough to get to document surf all over the world but nothing it’s better than when all the elements come together at home.

class="content__text" With onshore winds in the forecast for a week straight on the Outer Banks, I booked a last minute plane ticket to Puerto Rico. I spent the last week reconnecting with old friends in and out of the water and had a few sessions of absolutely cooking surf. Forever grateful for the locals for sharing this beautiful Island with us. Hope to see you all again sooner rather than later 🇵🇷❤️‍🔥
