class="content__text" 🌶️ Korean chilli 🇰🇷 this was literally dreamy - so much so I dreamt of the recipe and had to make it. That’s not even a lie - I dream of food and sometimes I’m lucky enough to wake up remembering what I ate. This one slapped hard. To make: -fry onion, green pepper, garlic and green chilli in some oil -add a tsp of cumin, coriander and a tbsp of gochugaru red pepper flakes -Chuck in a can of green lentils and some red beans (I used @boldbeanco, is there anything they can’t do?) -add a tbsp of gochujang and a can of chopped tomatoes -add some dark chocolate at least 70% cocoa and let it simmer for as long as you like -season to taste, add some fresh coriander and serve it up -I served mine over rice with some avocado, spring onion, red chillies, kimchi, lime juice and vegan crème fraîche! There’s no real mad measurements on this one but it’s all trial and error and will taste great adding a bit of this and that here and there.
