 Learning how to be present has been one of the most beautiful gifts I have ever given myself. It brings me deep inner peace and helps remind me of my purpose: helping others live their best lives by taking control of their health. 

So much of the pain and chaos we experience can be traced back to living out of the present moment, getting caught in the trap of ruminating about the past or worrying about the future. As Eckhart Tolle says, “The greater part of human pain is unnecessary. It is self-created as long as the unobserved mind runs your life.”

Learning how to be more present by meditating, being more mindful and focusing on my health has been the biggest game changer in my life. I went from being burned out, dealing with addictions to living a life with purpose. And you can too!
