 I’ve been getting back into my breathwork lately and have been loving it. This was some breathwork this morning leading into and during a 3 minute ice bath. Left me feeling so energised, such a great way to start the day. Breathwork is basically any structured form of conscious breathing - there are so many different types and techniques, and each serve different purposes (eg some to relax you and some to give you energy). 

You don’t need to use apps, but a couple of apps that I really like are:
- The Wim Hof, @iceman_hof app for his style of breathwork.
- The @othership.app app - this app is awesome (and it’s what I used in this vid) it has a bunch of different types of breathwork and it kinda makes it a bit more fun as there is music and great guidance.
