class="content__text" In this special edition of the Arnotts Cooking Club, Gina from @thedalydish joins us in store to show us her Spaghetti and Meatballs recipe using the Ninja Speedi!   Ingredients  For the meatballs 800g Mince Meat 1 tbsp garlic powder  1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic powder Salt & Pepper to taste 2 tbsp ketchup    For the sauce: 1 tin finely chopped tomatoes  1 jar passata (400-500g) 1 tbsp garlic powder  1 tsp Italian seasoning  1 tsp smoked paprika 600mls chicken stock  Salt and pepper to taste 70g finely grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp ketchup (optional - replace with sugar if needed)    Method To make your meatballs: Mix all of the ingredients together and mix well  Shape into meatballs (whatever size you like)    The sauce: In your Ninja Speedi, add all of the ingredients for the sauce (minus ketchup)  Give it a good mix with a plastic spatula (to prevent scratching)  Add in 250g dried spaghetti to the sauce mix and pat it down so the pasta is fully submerged in the liquid   Add the crisper tray over the pasta using the built in legs so it is elevated Add your meatballs on top of the crisper tray and close the lid    Flip the top switch to rapid cooker And select speedi meals Set the timer at 15 minutes and the temp at 180°   The Speedi  will presteam for 8 minutes and then will kick into the combo steam and airfry function. Check the meatballs half way through and turn if needed - they may only need 10-12 mins depending on size so you can take them out to rest before the pasta is cooked!   Once 15 minutes is up, stir the pasta and sauce and add the ketchup if some sweetness is needed You can add the meatballs into the sauce and enjoy!   #ArnotttsCookingClub
