class="content__text" I have learned about the arrest of Activist Jay Jay based in Tsumeb whilst he was just addressing a press conference with the community. I am not yet privy to the full details of his arrest, but having personally encounter with the Namibian Police, they are very fast to arrest those speaking the truth against the current corrupt government, but a very slow to arrest real criminals who are terrorizing our communities. I condemn the unwarranted arrest of Activist Jay Jay and demand for his immediate release from police custody. Failure for that to happen I will decent upon the town of Tsumeb and take charge of the affairs in Tsumeb. The People’s General will always stand with those standing up for the rights of our people. I salute the Bravery of Activist Jay Jay and he is without a doubt a true fearless Namibian of our generation. The police are scared to arrest the thug Joseph Shikongo yet have the audacity to keep arresting the people standing up for the rights of others. My fellow Namibians if you don’t realize it this how dictatorship get started, when we fail to stand together as one when individuals get arrested for doing absolutely nothing wrong. Swapo is unashamedly using the same Colonial, Apartheid Laws and Tactics to make sure that we don’t challenge their evil doings against our people. class="content__text" Those acting in the capacity of the thug and gangster Joseph Shikongo have denied our constitutional rights to Peacefully Assemble. We notified the police on 22nd February 2023 which was on Wednesday that we will be having a peaceful protest on the 27th February 2023. The police called me yesterday that we needed to change point 3. which states the following “The Protesters will gather every day from 07h00 until 17h00” The police said they don’t have the resources to be every single day at the protest and it is for that reason that they wanted us to remove that point. We stood our ground on the basis that if the police can provide 24 hour security to politicians why can’t the police provide security for us ordinary Namibians as well. We have consulted our lawyer @kadhilaamoomolegal if we should approach the High Court on an urgent basis to ensure that our constitutional rights are protected by any means necessary. The Namibian police is slowly adapting the same old tactics of the brutal apartheid regime which denied Namibians their basic human rights. My fellow Namibians we will update you tomorrow on whether the Shutdown of Independence Avenue will proceed on Monday as planned. This matter is however receiving the urgent attention of Mr. Kadhila Amoomo personally because he understands that fundamental rights should never be violated. As I type this I am currently engaged with Mr. Amoomo so that we can ensure that our constitution is not violated by those who took Oaths to Defend and Protect our Constitution. class="content__text" This clown 🤡 called Joseph Shikongo thought deaths on the road can only be caused by Golf drivers. In this interview the hypocrite Shikongo is preaching about how reckless drivers should dealt with and that in December drivers don’t drive safe. Ironically he accident was in December 2022 as well so now why does he not want to be dealt with for being not only Reckless but Negligent as well. In his accident report he stated that he was avoiding hitting Cattle’s 🐄 at 01h00, this is already a lie from him cattle’s don’t roam around at night. However let’s assume the was cattle 🐄 at 01h00 why did he fail to spot the cattle from a distant and safely bring his vehicle to a stop, this just shows that Shikongo was driving recklessly and at high speed, this can be confirmed by the damage of the vehicles caused by speed. Shikongo avoided bumping animals and instead drove into an oncoming car which resulted in the death of three Namibians. After the accident occurred Shikongo commanded his juniors to clean up the accident scene by removing his vehicle from the scene, Shikongo was most probably drunk that’s why his reaction time was slow to see cows 🐄 and instead drove into an oncoming vehicle which he didn’t see. Shikongo is most certainly not fit, no competent to continue holding the highest office of the police which has a mandate to safe guard and protect Namibian lives. We can no longer think that this was just a normal accident, because the way the police rushed to that scene and prevented people from taking pictures and videos of Shikongo’s vehicle and the removal of his vehicle from the scene just shows this guys are gangsters in uniform. Joseph Shikongo you have already fallen, now you’re just busy making a disgrace of yourself and the police, resign, apologize to the families go to prison and we might still have some respect for you for being a man, because right now you’re a thug who is scared of going to jail. The owners of Craft Bistro called the Namibian Police to come and remove me from the craft center. I had to educate the police officer on how to execute his duties seeing that he seems to have an inferiority complex issue and wants to obey the orders of the white racist. I have informed the police that I will only leave this place if I am compelled by a court order. So they must go apply for an eviction order if they want me to leave this place.
