class="content__text" At Accept & Proceed, co-creation and encouraging diversity of thought is at the core of what we do. When asked to think about the collective qualities that capture Accept & Proceed’s ethos, what we do and where we are going, we landed on 6 group behaviours for the future. As a collective, we agreed that A&P is focused, empathetic, progressive, fearless, honest and instinctive. During this exploration, we all contributed, debated and considered alternatives making sure all voices were heard. We allowed ourselves to create an open space where we could agree, dissent and capture the full motivations of our team. Once we had collected these motivations, we encoded them using the Murray code and turned them into flags to signal our commitment. #AcceptAndProceed #SpringForwards #DesignForTheFuture A&P Team: Ally Haigh (@alisonhaigh ) Ben Farmer Callum Green (@callumlgreen ) David Johnston (@davidjonathanjohnston ) Darcy Ward (@darcyjward ) Derya Ermetin (@deryaermetin ) Ella Sutherland (@eleanorvsutherland ) Erica Rouledge (@erica__routledge ) Fred Ross (@frankrope ) Freya Smith (@freysmith ) George Fairweather (@_george_fairweather_ ) Giorgio Marani (@giorgiomrn ) Harry Wakefield (@wakers_ ) Janice Feryn (@ferynjanice ) Janneke Geerts (@jmjgeerts ) Jess Sutherland (@jessica_suth ) Joana Polonia (@joanapol ) Matthew Jones (@j0nes ) Mark Nelkin Michelle Coralli (@michele.coralli ) Nigel Cottier (@process.pattern ) Nick Smith (@nickbaskervillesmith ) Nick Blowey (@nblowey ) Sally Oldfield Sarah Anderson Shaunie Brett (@shauniemaker ) Stephen Heath Tamara Hoogeweegen (@tamarahoogeweegen ) Tamsin Nagel (@tamsinnagel ) Tom Ive (@iivey )

class="content__text" Murray code is an early telegraph code created in 1901 by Donald Murray which enabled the British Navy to send, for the first time in history, complete messages over long distances at great speed. We re-purposed the Murray code in order to send our personal intentions into the future. The first prompt invited us to imagine how we want to live, be and co-exist in 2030, and summarise that in 1 word. We then translated our individual intentions into Murray code. Playing with fabrics and die-cut paper, we brought our self-declarations to life and pinned onto our garments. Worn throughout the day, our intentions for the future guided our actions and decision-making. #AcceptAndProceed #SpringForwards #DesignForTheFuture A&P Team: Ally Haigh (@alisonhaigh ) Ben Farmer Callum Green (@callumlgreen ) David Johnston (@davidjonathanjohnston ) Darcy Ward (@darcyjward ) Derya Ermetin (@deryaermetin ) Ella Sutherland (@eleanorvsutherland ) Erica Rouledge (@erica__routledge ) Fred Ross (@frankrope ) Freya Smith (@freysmith ) George Fairweather (@_george_fairweather_ ) Giorgio Marani (@giorgiomrn ) Harry Wakefield (@wakers_ ) Janice Feryn (@ferynjanice ) Janneke Geerts (@jmjgeerts ) Jess Sutherland (@jessica_suth ) Joana Polonia (@joanapol ) Matthew Jones (@j0nes ) Mark Nelkin Michelle Coralli (@michele.coralli ) Nigel Cottier (@process.pattern ) Nick Smith (@nickbaskervillesmith ) Nick Blowey (@nblowey ) Sally Oldfield Sarah Anderson Shaunie Brett (@shauniemaker ) Stephen Heath Tamara Hoogeweegen (@tamarahoogeweegen ) Tamsin Nagel (@tamsinnagel ) Tom Ive (@iivey )

class="content__text" Every year Accept & Proceed takes a moment to reflect and regroup in order to think forward to our next 12 months. This May, we gathered at our Hackney studio to travel forwards in our minds and explore what it means to belong. Through a series of thoughtfully-crafted experiences – encompassing design, strategy and workshopping – , we took ourselves out of our day-to-day routines. Together, we dared to imagine things differently. Zooming in and out and in again, we stretched our thinking far into the future. Together, we supercharged each other. Design for the future. #AcceptAndProceed #SpringForwards #DesignForTheFuture A&P Team: Ally Haigh (@alisonhaigh ) Ben Farmer Callum Green (@callumlgreen ) David Johnston (@davidjonathanjohnston ) Darcy Ward (@darcyjward ) Derya Ermetin (@deryaermetin ) Ella Sutherland (@eleanorvsutherland ) Erica Rouledge (@erica__routledge ) Fred Ross (@frankrope ) Freya Smith (@freysmith ) George Fairweather (@_george_fairweather_ ) Giorgio Marani (@giorgiomrn ) Harry Wakefield (@wakers_ ) Janice Feryn (@ferynjanice ) Janneke Geerts (@jmjgeerts ) Jess Sutherland (@jessica_suth ) Joana Polonia (@joanapol ) Matthew Jones (@j0nes ) Mark Nelkin Michelle Coralli (@michele.coralli ) Nigel Cottier (@process.pattern ) Nick Smith (@nickbaskervillesmith ) Nick Blowey (@nblowey ) Sally Oldfield Sarah Anderson Shaunie Brett (@shauniemaker ) Stephen Heath Tamara Hoogeweegen (@tamarahoogeweegen ) Tamsin Nagel (@tamsinnagel ) Tom Ive (@iivey )

class="content__text" We worked with @nike from ideation to execution, with the guiding principles that the digital game would expand the notion of impact storytelling, engage with Gen-Z and be rooted in diversity and inclusivity. At the centre of the narrative lie our 3 characters: Ines (People Promoter), Theo (Climate Champion), and Ivy (Active Advocate). Three decision trees are brought to life, all aligned with each player’s field of purpose. Each narrative is unfolded by prompts, where the audience is encouraged to make intentional choices and shape a decision tree. The questions are paired with a bespoke selection of objects, from a sports bra to a recycled water bottle, that alludes to the character’s interests and areas of purpose whilst injecting a feeling of dynamism and personality. class="content__text" Responding to @nike ’s commitment to move people into action to create a better world, we designed a game that intertwines play, consciousness and advocacy. We shaped and brought 3 characters to life – Ines, the People Promoter, Theo, the Climate Champion, and Ivy, the Active Advocate. All rooted in the 3 pillars of the impact report, our players personify People, Play and Planet. From the visual identity and colour palette to the tone of voice, Your Move was designed with Gen-Z in mind. Diversity and inclusivity were key structural factors, informing and permeating our character’s traits, interests and trajectories. The audience is invited to embark on an interactive journey, exploring each decision tree whilst being encouraged to protect our planet’s future. class="content__text" Your Move – Are you game for Change? In July 2022 we began working with the @nike team to imagine an evolution of Impact Reporting. Aligned with Nike’s commitment to move the world forward through sport, we co-created a brief to formulate and explore a new editorial framework that would celebrate Women in Sport, break the mould and rethink the notion of impact storytelling, while introducing the format to a wider audience. As the project progressed, the opportunities started expanding. Committed to thinking beyond the document, we evolved the format and explored new areas of activation - that’s how our work for Nike Gallery came to life. Titled ‘Your Move’, this interactive digital game lets you plot a path to a fairer, greener, and healthier future while discovering how @nike is creating bigger change.
