They arrived with us yesterday and they are pretty glorious if I do say so myself! It is. 3 month journal and comes with 110 pages of journal & positive mental health activities. The journal has spaces on every page to check in on feelings to help children process and acknowledge their feelings. A space for gratitude, mindfullness, positive affirmations, a ‘what’s on your mind’ section and a different journal prompt for every day that promotes: self confidence, self reflection, kindness, positive mindset & resilience.
