Not going to lie, one of the main motivation for me is through working out, is to maintain a fit physique and stay healthy. But I realise wellness in the mind is equally as important. Stress, fear and worry are also harmful to our health. I find myself having a hard time focusing during mediation sessions. Singing bowl has really helped me relax, and get into the meditative state.
