class="content__text" The Makers Landing commercial kitchen and demo kitchen were the stage for the regional finals of the reputable S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy competition. The fifth edition envisions 15 young chefs from Africa, the Middle East & South Asia vying for recognition and a prestigious place in the global final of the @spyoungchefacademy competition. The largest region geographically with a diverse range of culinary cultures. Dishes were tasted and judged by the local jury @satadika @tala @sibamtongana according to “three golden rules.” TECHNICAL SKILLS, CREATIVITY and PERSONAL BELIEF. It was a pleasure to witness brilliant young talent do what they do best right here.
