class="content__text" MEET EJ! Edwin, affectionately called, 'EJ' is our amazing head bartender at Shima and has been dazzling our patrons for almost 6 years. EJ creates bespoke cocktails and is passionate about his craft. His creativity, innovation and zeal is present in every drink he prepares at Shima. One of the things he likes most about his job is working with his colleagues as they have become his family away from home. In his spare time, he enjoys working out at the gym and spending time with his baby girl who has brought out a softer side in him. In five years, EJ aspires to be a homeowner, as well as becoming a bar consultant and later on opening his own bar. EJ's favourite drink to make is one of his very own creations served at Shima and it is the Khaosan Road. This drink features Coconut Cartel Rum, mixed with hazelnut and lime and finally topping it off with a decadent cloud of egg white. If this drink is not on your weekend list of to-do's we suggest you add it, as it is a must have.
