Followed 2x KIC strength workouts tonight in my bedroom after Harvey went down for the night. Felt so good to have some time to myself doing something that I love… training! I have not been prioritizing my fitness as much as everything else atm and that’s okay, but I haven’t been feeling myself. So this week, it’s a busy one… but I’m going to schedule in some KIC workouts in between it all. Because I truly feel more energized, happier and stronger when I prioritize regular training. @keepitcleaner
