Never went sought for this much medical aid in my life. Only now, as I have realised that I want to extend my jumping years 😂😭🙌🏻 The injections were painful and I had to use my “bellowing” technique I used in giving birth to ward off the pain hahahahaha! 😂 Pero super super quick lang naman din! I am now asked to refrain from jumping and to build strength little by little.
