COVID 19 is still here everyone! I read about the delta variant which happens to be more dangerous. Now more than ever is the time for us to protect ourselves. I am protecting myself even when I go shopping, I love to shop 😅. Anytime I go out I keep H.A.N.D.S in mind, I make sure to practice these simple steps: H- Have your hands washed or sanitized frequently A- Always cough or sneeze into elbow or a handkerchief N- No going out for me without a face mask D- Distance of at least two arms length (social distancing) S- stay indoors or self isolate when you feel sick Protect yourself and loved ones by taking these actions seriously.
