class="content__text" I love bringing my little portable kitchen (AKA my Thermomix) with me when we go away. It’s THE BEST when you want a quick, no fuss (but delicious) dinner, especially if you’re travelling somewhere that has minimal or no cooking facilities. I got the carry bag at the end of last year, and it’s made it even easier! It’s the perfect size, and has a wee compartment for all the extra attachments and bits and bobs you want to take with you. Our favourite recipe that we make every week (even on holiday) is the Coconut Oat Biscuits.. they’re lovely and nourishing so I don’t mind the kids going hundy on them.
