class="content__text" Epic 12Ft Noodles 😱🍜 @murgerhan is London’s first authentic Xi’an restaurant and is a must-visit for Nood lovers 🤣😜 What we ordered: ~ Dumplings in spicy & sour soup ~ Grilled veg gyoza ~ Deep fried spiced diced chicken ~ 5 in 1 noodle (pork & lamb) ~ Chocolate & vanilla ice-cream (Warrior shaped.. so cute! 🍦) Highly recommend all of the above - each dish bursting with bold flavours! Whilst the noodles may appear as a trendy instagram sensation, they really hold true to their authentic origins - dancing in a deep bowl of soy sauce, vinegar & bang bang sauce (onion, garlic & chilli). This dish also offers toppings such as tomato, egg sauce, lamb/ pork / or slow-cooked beef. FYI the portions are very generous so make sure you visit on an empty stomach 😂 To complement our meal, we couldn’t resist trying the Rose & Lychee Prosecco, and honestly it’s gotta be one of my fav drinks to date! Highly recommend. 🌹 The Murger, is a pan-baked flatbread filled with spiced pork belly slow-cooked in a soup containing over 20 spices & seasonings.
