Happy world sleep day! In celebration, I would like to share my personal bedtime routine with all of you! 1. Stick to a regular sleep schedule! 2. Don’t eat within three hours before bedtime. 3. Avoid caffeine intake 6 hours before winding down. 4. Avoid artificial light at least 1 hour before bedtime. 5. Create a comfortable sleeping environment. It’s important to make sure the temperature of your room is at a comfortable setting and that there is little to no light! Another way I make sure I feel the most comfortable is by investing in good quality beddings. My favorite investment so far is the @tempurph symphony pillow (small).
