Tl;dr, happy anniversary @immaxchester ❤️ —————— My love, never in this lifetime did I think I’d get to encounter a human like you, let alone be so lucky as to make him my partner in this world. —————- Thank you for sharing this life with me, for cooking with me, for researching literally everything with me, for treating everyone with more patience and understanding than I could ever muster, for turning grocery runs into magical dates, for always reassuring me with compassion and affirmation when my brain is being mean to me, for staying up with me when I can’t sleep, for making music with me, for helping me edit scary work emails, for filling our apartment with jazz, with the sounds of keys and guitar and your laugh (and your accent that I still can’t believe I get to listen to every day for the rest of my life). 🇬🇧 ————— Your constant desire to learn, despite already being the most brilliant mind I’ve ever met, inspires me every day to keep growing. Your input and guidance is invaluable, and I am so lucky to have you on my team. ————— You’ve shown me a love as exciting and inquisitive and inspiring and joyful as it is sturdy and reliable and consistent and foundational. One like I’ve only seen my parents have. ————— You’re so special in so many ways few will ever truly understand and I can’t wait til the whole world knows, but every single day I feel so lucky to be the one who gets to witness it up close. This year of life together in our third floor apartment has been the greatest of my life so far. Here’s to all the rest.
