So grateful and honored to sit down with my friend @gwynethpaltrow for @goop #ingoophealth on Sunday. The event was dedicated to pursuing your dreams. I shared this noting that “a dream without service is incomplete. If our dreams don’t include improving the lives of others then they’re not big enough.” I’m constantly in awe of how GP keeps introducing the world to new ideas, deeper insights and unique experiences for our wellbeing and advancement.
