The political situation mainly caused by the Coup has made Supplies run dry, especially for Oxygen. The Terrotoriat Military ‘Government’ has prepared no Facilities, Equipment, Personnel or Expertise to a country that they themselves have turned upside down. Clinics, Hospital and Oxygen Plants have begun hanging up “No Oxygen Here” signs or limiting canisters to one per person. In less than a month since the first cases, hundreds have already died, dozens by the day.
