class="content__text" Getting back into running is quite humbling to say the least. Forcing myself to run slow so I can run fast again😂 Goal was to run for 60min at an average of 9min mile pace or slower. Ended up running for 53.5 min at an average of 8:53👍🏽 I’m going to take this as a win because I actively tried to run slower and that’s what counts folks!!!! I’ve been surrounded by elite distance runners for the past 7 years because of my husband and for some strange reason got it in my head that if I ran any pace with a 9 in front it meant I sucked 🤷🏽‍♀️ Which I know is not true 🙃🙃 Splits and outfit details below!! .
